At the end of 2016, we completely reworked our website. One and a half years later, we asked ourselves two main questions: (1) Has the revised version been successful in retrospect? (2) Is the website still relevant for our visitors in terms of structure and content and thus sustainable?
Question (1) could be answered with a clear "YES" based on our KPIs and compared to the previous website version.
In order to be able to make a statement about question (2), the analysis became more extensive. We considered the user behavior (entries, bounces, clicks). Based on the findings, we used a team consisting of sales, marketing and technology to develop concrete improvements. After intensive work we would like to present to you our results.
